About the Petzl ASAP Rope Grab
The Petzl ASAP Rope Grab provides high-rise workers with constant protection from falls, slides, and uncontrolled descent. During regular operation, the rope grab glides effortlessly along vertical or angled rope, requiring no manual adjustments, and seamlessly aligns with the user's every motion. In the occurrence of an abrupt jolt or rapid acceleration, the ASAP automatically secures itself onto the rope, promptly arresting the user's movement. Additionally, this device is easy to install and remove at any point along your rope.

- Certified to European and Russian standards when used with an OK TRIACT-LOCK carabiner
- Certified to American standards when used with a Bm’D or OXAN TRIACT-LOCK (international version) carabiner
- CE EN 12841 type A, UKCA, when used with an OK TRIACT-LOCK carabiner and a 10-13 mm EN 1891 type A rope. An ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber can be used when needed
- CE EN 353-2, UKCA, GB/T 24537-2009, when used with an OK TRIACT-LOCK carabiner and an ASAP’AXIS 11 mm rope. An ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber can be used when needed
