If a fall arrester for a flexible anchor line is what you're in the market for, the KONG ANSI Back-Up Fall Arrester with Lanyard will be able to suit your high-rise needs.
This fall arrester is ideal to use with a 10.5mm to 11mm Type A rope with a minimum static resistance of 2200kg. To reduce possible damage to the rope, the KONG ANSI Back-Up employs a toothless mechanism. It is one of the least aggressive fall arresters on the market for textile ropes. It can even be used without a lanyard or energy absorber.
This setup comes equipped with a KONG Ovalone Carbon Auto Block ANSI carabiner. It features a selector lever that allows you to choose between free sliding along the rope in both directions or upward sliding only. This allows the user to reduce the chance of falling.
KONG's advanced technology allows this to be used as an ascender or rope clamp for rescue systems. A special nylon webbing lanyard with a fall indicator is also included in the package.
